CTR WorkItem

CTR daily batch job will generate CTR and MIL worktiem based on the transactions and account/party information. This function is used to search CTR workitem and make decisions on them.

Search CTR WorkItem​

When the user clicks on the Workitem -> CTR menu, it will show the list of CTR workitem as below.

CTR Worktiem View

The user can review workitems in bulk mode, such as assign, change status or add comment.

CTR WorkItem details​

To view the workitem detail, click the Report ID link.

Review a WorkItem​

It will show the tool bar as below. Users can assign, add comment, add attachment, or change status based on the pre-defined workflow (see workflow section)
