Watchlist Alert

Batch screening scans the customer data and generates watch list alerts. This function is used to search Watchlist Alerts and make decisions on them.

Search Aatchlist Alert

When the user clicks on the Workitem -> Watchlist Alert menu, it will show the list of watchlist alert as below.

The user can review alerts in bulk mode, such as assign, add comment.

Watchlist Alert details

To view the alert detail, click the Alert ID link.

Review an Alert

It will show the tool bar as below. Users can assign, add comment, add attachment, or change status based on the pre-defined workflow (see workflow section)
